“Pick It Yourself; Good Ice Cream”
Reviewed 5 September 2013

We stopped at this lavender farm while driving through Sequim on our road-trip from Mount Rainier to Forks, WA. The farm was not far off our route and pretty easy to find. It wasn't a spectacularly large and impressive farm as I would have liked (for photo purposes), but it more than made up for that with the pick-your-own lavender, delicious lavender ice creams/lemonades, and cute gift shop. I thoroughly enjoyed our brief diversion here.

“The Best Lavender Garden in Sequim”
Reviewed 18 August 2013

You can wander the garden, they tell you what is what. It is my very favourite during the Lavender festival. The most photographic of all.

“Fabulous Farm and Extraordinary Hospitality!”
Reviewed 31 July 2013

This farm was key in putting the Sequim Lavender Farm Faire "on the map", and year after year they don't disappoint! The setting, of course, is beautiful, the food is delicious, the entertainment is fantastic but the hospitality can not be topped. As a farm visitor, you'll see and smell gorgeous lavender fields, and the grounds also have fabulous "other" flower gardens. Unique shopping opportunities during the Farm Faire, as well as the lovely gift shop at the Farm. Standing in a long line at the gift shop, I witnessed the staff being so friendly, patient and cheery. Stand-outs during the faire are the gardens, the entertainment and the lavender cocktails -The very best experience we have ever had as tourists, though, came from Julie Jacobsen: Craving a Lavender Margarita, we found ourselves out of cash and no plastic excepted. "Oh, well no drinks for us", we thought. This delightful woman says, "you can just mail me a check". I am not kidding. We are total strangers and this wonderful trusting woman is extending hospitality with no hesitation. That experience will stay with us forever! We sent the money and will strive to follow Julie's example throughout the whole year, too! Oh, and by the way, that lavender margarita was absolutely fantastic! This farm is a must see!

The fields not only look beautiful, lavenders' fragrance was all over. I enjoyed picking up lavender stems from the field($5 per ring), however the girl at the lavender counter was not very helpful. The ice cream was great though I was hoping for a pure lavender flavor rather than a mixture of two different flavors. There was a concert going on at the farm when we arrived. The atmosphere was jovial and fun.
