When we lived in Seattle, we ate out a lot. Life is different in Sequim, we stay in, eat at a friends home.
But when we go out, we are so lucky to have a place like the Bistro. Locally sourced food, prepared in imaginative ways. Usually something on the special sheet that makes me go "Wow!"
Last night, it was the calamari salad with Mama Lil's peppers. Last time it was surf and turf of rockfish and house made sausage.
Chef Gabriel is a master.
