Breakfast is good, but comes at a cost. Plus, it seemed like I had to order side items just to make the simple breakfast I wanted, which racked up the cost. eggs, potatoes, bacon and pancakes sounds like a menu item, ya? It's not. But I wouldn't miss the bacon-- some dang thick and delicious stuff!

I guess the motto is, you get what you pay for. Don't expect Denny's prices at this restaurant - stuck in 1970's decor.

Having said that - get ready for a having a tough time choosing a fantastic breakfast. I opted for the Crab Benedict - and my dining partner enjoyed the most incredible pigs in a blanket breakfast. The only complaint I have about the Oak Table is their incredibly weak coffee.

Our family loves breakfast and each vacation we rank the best breakfast. Not only did the Oak Table Cafe win for this year, it now has the title for best ever. Great food and prompt service.

Will not go there again. The garden scramble was garlic, onion and under cooked eggs. The pancakes were gritty and the syrup was the consistency of water. It took 3 people and 4 trips to get a breakfast drink order of two coffees, two lemonades, a tea and a large orange juice right. Everyone was very pleasant, but it didn't make up for the poor experience.
