I found the desk and other help very pleasant. The room was up to par, giving every detail some thought. The bed was so soft and comfy! The AC and heat were my choice and worked wonderfully...TV was great! The shower was great, and the amenities, were all there. I was able to enjoy a cup or two of real coffee with the maker in the room. The morning breakfast was a delight! A full range of good food to select from. Frankly, I will miss this "home away from home". This was great!

Room Tip: non-smoking is probably better for your health, but if you need to smoke inside, get the smoking roo...

The front desk service was without a doubt the rudest I have ever encountered . The room was adequate you get what you pay , but with staff that unbelievably rude and indifferent I would not stay again at any price. Pay an extra 10-20 bucks a night and go somewhere else!

This property has decent rooms, the room we stayed in was not completely clean. There were items under the bed, otherwise the rooms were ok. The bed was comfortable and loved all the pillows. If you want a room away from street noise ask for a south side room. furthest away from Division.

We stayed at the Fair Bridge on March 27,2014 for three nights. The staff was friendly and maid service was good This hotel does not appear to have had any upgrade and very little maintenance. Small rooms, furniture damaged, refrigerator very noisy, the pillows were old and hallways were dark. The lobby consisted of the small desk, a computer stuffed in the corner. The complimentary breakfast was reasonable but there were only 4 tables and they were 4ft from the desk making it uncomfortable for everyone. While walking back into the hotel a side door was ajar and it appeared that all the maintenance staff, house cleaning (laundering) and those who handled the breakfast food were using this small area.

Room Tip: Staying downtown at this hotel is not ideal for reaching Spokane River Walk. To leave or return it...

We stayed in the Fairbridge Inn between snow cat skiing in B.C and our flight home. We were just looking for a clean, comfortable, inexpensive place to stay that would give us easy access to downtown Spokane. It met our needs. The room was similar to any other mid level motel such as Holiday Inn. The area felt safe. It is just down the hill from Gonzaga. We just happened to be there during restaurant week, so dinner was a great deal. We would readily repeat our stay.

After driving 6 hours, we arrived to our first room of the night, which had what appeared to be blood on the sheets (no bedspread). They did not offer to remake our beds for us, so we picked up new sheets and blankets to "re-make" the beds ourself (two queens). One of the two different types of blankets felt like a brillo pad. Upon closer exam of the room, the desk was sticky and the bathtub was dirty. The second room (two twins) was leaking from the window into a big puddle and mold/rot around the window sill (obviously the damage had been ongoing). They thought the way to fix it was to shove towels into the corner. I requested to check-out with no charge (11pm) and was declined. The 3rd room we were given 2 keys to "pick" a room we thought would suffice. The sheets on one of the rooms was either stained or smeared with dirt, or both, so we chose the "other" option, which had a cigarette butt in the corner, clumps of hair in the hairdryer, food in the microwave, and the big kicker was the food in the bed. By 1230am, we just needed to sleep...on top of the sheet. Woke up to a really bad/cold breakfast.
I told the manager I did not expect to be charged...she gave me half off.
We were there with a couple of basketball teams and were not the only ones with problems, just the only ones who could afford to leave.

Room Tip: No tip...just say "NO."

The pictures for the hotel are deceiving. Upon entering our room we discovered the beds that appeared to have nice comforters on them in the picture were just a blanket with a white sheet on top. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was hair left in the shower stall. The continental breakfast was okay, but bare minimum. In the future I will pay more to get a clean room and better amenities.
