What else can I say? This is a really great place to stay. The staff is professional and the rooms are clean. The pool was closed in the morning, but reopened quickly after routine maintenance was performed. The breakfast was continental and just right for my family....AND IT WAS FREE! The bed was comfortable. The lighting is a little low and the drapes seem a little weathered, but this is minor. The third floor hallway does smell of cigarette smoke, but the Front Desk said Management was considering making the property completely 'smoke-free'. I think this would be a good thing.

In summation, I liked this place. I liked the staff. The Manager was an amiable and reasonable fellow. I will definately stay here again.

Things I did not like:
1. Rude front desk staff who did nothing to solve the numerous problems we had.
2. Housekeeping-I expect to have my entire room cleaned, all they did was put clean towels in the bathroom and empty the garbage. They did not clean anything else or make the bed.
3. The smell-The hallways reek of cigarette smoke and our room had this weird smell like burnt toast.
4. The breakfast-not enough food put out and all white starchy foods. You have to be really tall just to reach the bread box. Half of the bagels were stale and hard.
5. The pool-does not look clean and the pool deck feels like gravel.
6. The location-Out in the middle of nowhere.

Things I did like:
1. The size of the room and the comfort of the bed.

I would recommend you find somewhere else to stay, this place is not worth it.

We stayed at this hotel with two small children....never again. The pool looked nasty, the halls reeked of cigarette smoke, the hotel was not well maintained, the staff was questionable, and the accomodations were uncomfortable. The breakfast was nothing like the one we had at the Super 8 in Kennewick. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were very uncomfortable. The positives were clean sheets and clean bathroom. It is also located in the middle of nowhere. Take my advice, go down one exit to a nicer hotel...your back will appreciate it.

stayed one night so that I could catch an early flight at the Spokane Airport. The hotel is sort of out of the way, and you have to watch carefully for signs to get to the airport. Parking lot was being repaved so the whole area near the entrance was coned off, had to drive around the whole hotel to find a place to park. Check-in was ok. Hallways reek of cigarettes but the non-smoking room was ok. Room was very basic, but reasonably clean. Bed was kind of old but ok. Lots of traffic noise, which I overcame by turning on the fan unit. I had to leave too early for their breakfast, but the guy at the desk actually offered to get me a few things anyway, which was very nice.

Overall, it was ok for a place to spend the night near the airport, but would not want to stay here for business and definitely not for pleasure travel.

Upon arrival, the guy at the front desk was great. We asked for a 3rd floor non-smoking room and after going up in the elevator and going into the hall, we thought...maybe that wasn't such a good idea as the hall was filled with cigarette smoke. After going into the room and staying for 15 minutes or so, we called down and asked if there was anything on another floor. Not only did he move us, he gave us a corner room that was so quiet, you could hear a pin drop.

The motel is in the process of upgrading, so there is a lot of mattress pieces, rugs, etc. in the parking lot. But once this is done, this should be a first rate place.

We enjoyed our stay - Dinner is limited as there is only one restaurant in the area.

First impression driving in was tepid at best but was exactly the $10 park-and-fly I expected ...economical and close to the airport.
I would stay here again.

The motel is in the middle of an upgrade with piles of old furniture stacked out in the weather and a semi-trailer parked at the lobby.

March is a poor weather time of year with melting snow, mud, and frost coming out of the ground. The wind was sharp and the place was packed with pee-wee wrestler families at a nearby weekend event.

I arrived in the dark, there were only two rooms left, the desk clerk was maxed out but went the extra mile helping me.

The room was handicap appropriate, clean and typical of Super 8.
Located about 9 miles West of Spokane off I 90 at exit 272 there are no resturants within walking distance.
The airport mini-van shuttle runs on the half-hour and takes about 10 minutes, MAKE SURE YOU RESERVE A SEAT AND TELL THEM IF YOU HAVE PILES OF LUGGAGE so they can adjust capacity.

There is a commercial park-n-fly lot very close to the airport with excellent service and security for about $7 per day...some travelers may opt for that versus using a motel shuttle

A remodeled dump, parking was limited, the towels were so worn you could have used them to dry your washed car.
