Went there for lunch to enjoy the view. We asked to get a view seat & we were told that they were reserved for parties of 4. I was given a seat with my back to the water. No problem, til we saw 2 other parties of 2 given those view seats, after we were seated. We complained & the server didn't reply. Food was good, but we wouldn't go back cuz of the way we were treated.

I am pleased to say that my first visit here was Not my last. Everything about this little jewel on the Columbia river is great wether its food, drink, service or atmosphere oh and the prices are to my liking as well. Has a great outside seating on the back deck overlooking the river which is shielded from the wind by plexy glass, easy access to it. The inside has limited seating, but cozy. Service is great they always have a smile. Happy hour is a great time to sit back, relax and enjoy their delicious selections of beer. Btw they do karaoke on Friday night's I believe, and live music on Saturday night's which is generally when I choose to mozy on down and relax. And if ya get the chance ask to meet Geff the owner, he's really nice and always wants to please the customer's.

As we were driving to this restraunt, my dad and step-mom said "the food is always good... but the service is questionable" and I hate to say that they probably won't be returning after our visit. We chose to sit out on the back deck, which I suggest if you go that you sit outside as the view of the Columbia is AMAZING - best feature of this place. My dad and I both ordered a $16 steak salad and my step-mom ordered a burger. We also ordered a hummus plate. After about a half hour our hummus plate arrived, which was delish. We waited another half hour before the waitress came out and said that our meals should be done soon. Another 20-30min after that my dad asked about our meals and the waitress said there was some kind of miscommunication about our food and that it should be out soon. 10 min later our food arrived underdone. The burger was pretty rare and my steak was not cooked well - it was a throw together effort. The waitress was not very apologetic and even admitted that our meals were thrown together. Even after my dad stated they probably would never visit again, the waitress could only take off two cocktails from the receipt. Overall, not the best restraunt experience I've had but the view is beautiful and it's fun to watch all the water activities going on.

CXXX (130) overlooks the Columbia River. The seating on the sunlit deck provides a great setting for beer and a snack after climbing the Beacon Rock's 660 foot hike to the summit and spectacular views. We enjoyed beer and a very good quesadilla with a home made tomato bisque. CXXX is informal and good place for the whole family. The attentive staff, good parking, and tall tree park next door invite us to go again when we return to the area for a tour of the Bonneville Dam.

We stopped after driving around town a bit (not difficult in Stevenson), because we knew some of the best spots are a little out of the way. This was not so much out of the way, but location was on the river. It took a few minutes to dust off my Roman numerals and figure out the name. About the time I did, I saw it written out: "onethirty" on a door. Luckily, our hefeweizens arrived and I didn't have to think about it anymore. Great beer, but burgers are the stars here. A basic cheesburger for the good-looking one and an Inside-out burger for me. Both were very juicy and flavorful and more than enough to eat, but the Inside-out burger, with bleu cheese and grilled onions stuffed inside the burger before cooking was tops! Accompanying fries and onion rings were good but not outstanding. The staff was friendly and quick. Sitting outside along the Columbia River watching wind-surfers while we ate made it a good experience. But, back to that burger...if you are traveling along the Washington side of the river or just have a vehicle that gets good mileage and most of a day to get there and back, it's worth it for that melty bleu cheese, tangy onions...Where are my keys?!
