“In all the camps even when your older are fun as they can be!”
Reviewed 30 July 2010

i think one week at camp in fort nisqually is the trip of a life time. it's not expensive and your kids just like me would have a fun time, even in kit camp which i went to when i was little. in kit camp you can make cute little beavers made of bears pelts. and when you get in to the next camp after that you get to do bow and arrows and make clay marbles and before that you get to play marbles with Mr. Ramsey and if you want to know a secret he is so nice that he let's you keep at least 1 marble. and they are the prettiest marbles ever! now i have to leave hope i see you at camp.

“Visit during an event or reinactment”
Reviewed 28 February 2006

Fort Nisqually is a decent historical walk-through, but it's when they have their special events and reinactments that this is a great place to visit. A few times a year you can visit while reinactors are in-place, and be a fly on the wall. It can get busy during the events, but they do a pretty good job of crowd control. Tickets for these events go fast, but they are well worth the minimal price.
