W.W. Seymour Botanical Conservatory

So much natural beauty in such a small place. It's bigger on the inside than the outside suggests. Worth a visit. They also do seasonal decorations. Always a great place for pictures. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Lots to see and do nearby too. Corina Bakery, 6th Ave. Theater, Wright park...

Great little conservatory that has beautiful flowers and trees. Takes about 15-20 min to go through but worth it.If your into photography you'll love the flowers.Free but they do ask for donations.

Needed a cheap outting for my 14 month old son. Admission was free (they have a suggested $4 tip). They have a wonderful changing varitey of plants. They also have a really neat koi pond. The building is over 100 years old! We went there yesterday and my toddler had a blast looking at the fish and all the plants. It was very cold outside, but very pleasant inside. It is also situated in Wright Park which is a nice park just to stroll around in as well. My suggestion is that if you do take a toddler, leave the stroller in the car or outside while you are there. The path ways are narrow and it is hard to manuver around other people. They have benches in there and if you get the chance, just sit and enjoy the flowers and plants. I can't wait to go back and see what new plants and flowers they have. They also have a small gift shop inside.
