“The very Best!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 June 2013

I was in the neighborhood and while I had no particular plans to visit Wright Park, I am glad I did. It is well kept and nicely laid out. There are walking trails, a ball field, the conservatory, a beautiful lagoon/pond with a little bridge, flowers, trees, and a nice varied crowd of people enjoying the greenspace. Love this place!

“Lovely park”

Denver can turn brown in the winter and spring is green for only a few weeks. Tacoma's parks were a delight and Wright Park a gem. The green was stunning the care given to the place apparent. Enjoy the walk.

Pretty park, tranquil. Just make sure you're with friend and go in daylight. Not a safe neighborhood.

“Charm within charm”

Nice one mile trail along the rim. A nice "bowling" green. Cute bronze statuary throughout. Lots of beautiful trees including Sequoias, Cedars, Firs. The Seymour Conservatory has beautifully trimmed tropical foliage & ponds and a little Shop. Open almost every day of the year.

“Serene Location in the City”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 April 2013 via mobile

I have always lived this park as a simple escape in Tacoma. Tucked away from downtown and amidst a housing/business district, the park can catch you by surprise. It is a great place to take a break from work, to walk around with your family, or have a quaint romantic picnic with a loved one.
