We booked this hotel after a late flight into Seattle to take advantage of their shuttle service. The shuttle was a very short wait and drive to the hotel. We only had a one night stay but were very pleased with the hotel, cleanliness and staff. I'm not sure if we were upgraded to a larger room, reception never mentioned if it was an upgrade. The room was huge, nicely furnished, had a patio that overlooked a small river behind the hotel. Huge bathroom with whirlpool tub, although very small shower. Minor, minor details: wallpaper coming apart at seams but nothing that distracted from the room itself although it was so large, it was hard to see the TV from the bed. One suggestion for the hotel, the shower was small and there was no place to set soap, shampoo, etc. A shower shelf is needed. The top/door of the shower wasn't level so it only left the floor to put things. Beautiful lobby with a nice outdoor patio, nice breakfast area which was very well maintained and cleaned. Next day, shuttle back to hotel with again great service. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Average room. Needs work in bathroom and could use new sheets and pillows.
Great staff. Great breakfast. Good for park and fly from Seatac.
Air conditioner worked thank god as it was hot hot hot.
Good but not great.

I don't know why this hotel doesn't rate higher. Excellent airport hotel for a short stay. The staff is very accommodating. Free breakfast.....free shuttle to Westfield mall and airport. The rooms are spacious for a family of four. The bathroom has plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, lotion. I was even allowed to check in way early as they had a room available. No complaints here at all.

We booked 2 rooms initially. 3 adults, 4 children. After arriving we learn they booked our rooms on the opposite ends of the hotel. With 4 children we obviously needed them closer together. They flat out refused to accommodate us with closer rooms. The staff was flat out rude. The first room itself appeared cleaning at a glance. Further inspection proved wrong. Both chairs were disgusting. Stained so badly it looked like pee. In the bathroom there was a hole next to the bathtub in the wall. The microwave had something smeared and caked on all over the bottom of the door. Luckily the beds appeared to be halfway decent. There are also no free, accessible outlets besides the one in the lamp. I was told they would try to find a power strip for us but we never heard back. Then the second room was so bad we couldn't even enter the room. The smell was incredibly offensive. Smelled as if something had died in the room. They changed our room but for one with only a single bed. 7 people got to cram into 3 beds because of their mistakes. And good luck getting management help. No manager on duty after 5 pm. Customer service line closes at 5 pm cst, so at 3 pm Washington time. Which is the earliest you can check in!!! Wyndam hotels will be the last on our list for good now.
