“Nice place and good value.”
Reviewed 29 November 2009

A good rate convinced us to try this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The location is convenient to highways and shopping in the Southcentre area and the hotel itself is perfect for the price. Rooms are clean and cozy with big, comfy beds, an extra sink outside the bathroom, a bar fridge and a microwave. Walls are thin, though, as we could hear another guest's tv and we could clearly hear people walking and talking down the hallways.

There is a breakfast provided in a large room that is well attended to and completely adequate to start off the day. Aside from the standard continental style items (breads, bagels, cereals etc), there is yogurt, waffles, hard boiled eggs, and whole fruit, plus the breakfast alternates daily between hot biscuits and gravy, and sausages and eggs. The biscuits and gravy and processed sunny-side up-like eggs were not to our liking, but the sausage was good. Would have preferred scrambled eggs and hashbrowns instead.

Parking is free and plentiful and the computer in the lobby was convenient to use. Front desk staff were friendly and free coffee is available in the lobby 24/7, but no tea, which would have been nice. All in all, a pleasant stay at reasonable rates.

Loved the hotel, the morning breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff. Please do not leave any belonging, especially GPS in the car, hidden or not. If you remove your GPS, wipe clean the suction cup mark on your windshield. Our rental car was broken into late at night. The security camera did not seem to deter the thieves. What a pain dealing with the rental car company and insurance companies.

WE stayed here for the first three nights of coming to the US. Our welcome wasn't the best as the guy on the front desk wasn't the friendlyist. Our first morning we were presently suprised with the breakfast included yougarts, fruit, cereal, and sausage and eggs which is great travelling from the uk we like a full fried breakfast haha. After breakfast we asked the front desk about going into seattle. There was a pleasent young black lady on the desk who arranged a shuttle bus for us to the metro station in tukwila which had just opened. We asked how much and were told it is a courtesy bus. A real bonus. Rick was our driver and had amazing knowledge about the city telling us some of the attractions to hit and miss even helping to provide us with details of a great restuarant to go to for dinner ( chinooks) and. even gave us a card for the hotel and told us to call on the way back so someone would pick us up. This hotels service rivals that of some of the bettewr hotels i have stayed in and at a budget price. Thanks

It may have been the weekend rates but for £60-ish per night this was the best value hotel stay in a recent 4 week trip to the US. The airport shuttle is a big advantage as they will drop you off at the new rapid transit station nearby (only open 6 weeks) for speedy access to downtown Seattle. The hotel is very attractively situated by the "river's edge" as you would expect and has very well equipped and spacious rooms. Also included is a perfectly adequate complimentary breakfast which is better than the usual standard of these things. Adjacent is a very nice Japanese Sushi bar and grill where they will give you 15% off as a hotel resident making for a very reasonable and enjoyable meal. If you are having a short or overnight stay at Seattle this hotel really ticks all the boxes, (Oh and there is a nice little open air swimming pool as well so don't forget your cossie!)

I participated in the Rock N Roll Seattle event and chose this hotel because the price was right, complimentary breakfast, airport shuttle and a shuttle to the race start. It was an excellent choice. What a plus to have a local shuttle and they were busy continiously accomadating the runners and other guests. The rooms are very comfy and I loved having a microwave and fridge in the room. The only reason I didn't give the room 5 stars is the carpet could use a little updating. Everyone was so kind from the front desk staff, shuttle driver to the fellow in charge of breakfast who reminded me daily that the coffee in the morning was freshest in the dining room. Fresh coffee 24 hours a day and access to the internet are other perks when staying at this hotel. The breakfast choices included waffles, biscuits and gravy and all the other usual cereals, etc. While I was somewhat apprehensive about taking public transportation it turned out to be a non-issue. The shutle driver will take you to the bus stop by the shopping mall but there is one straight up the street that is a 7-8 minute walk to catch the 150. Seattle traffic is pretty scary but I was able to get to all the highlights of Seattle by bus. For those new to the Seattle area such as myself, I would recommend a city tour. The front desk will make all the arrangements for you. There are several fast food restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a 7-11 for those who might need to stock up on some items (such as adult beverages). The nearby shopping center is huges with some nice chain restaurants in and around it. Overall, I was quite impressed with my experience.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Seattle as it was considerably cheaper than staying downtown so we thought it was worth the half hour bus ride to get there. Just take the 150 bus from opposite the South centre mall.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and happy to answer questions. The shuttle drivers were really good too and will drive you all around the area, not just to the airport.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and spacious. They were also well equipped with a separate kitchenette area with microwave, fridge and an extra sink. The bed was really comfy and the bedding looked new. They also have high def tv. There was some traffic noise at night but nothing serious. The pool area had seen better days but was clean.

Breakfast had a good selection and the area was kept clean and well stocked. You could also get coffee and hot water in the lobby all day, and they have a computer for guest use.

Overall this is a great hotel and good value for money.

This was our first stop over after a late arrival in Seattle from London. Hotel very close to Airport but no problems with noise. Quite a commercial District and close to Supercenter Mall and lots of eateries.
Room very comfortable even if the air con was a little loud.
Breakfast satisfactory although processed eggs are a new one to me and I didn't want to indulge.
Would stay again if needed an overnighter but not if visiting Seattle to sightsee - too far away.
