We were called ahead of time because of an over-booking and offered a King Suite upgrade. We were very excited about this. Upon arrival, it was not mentioned and we were shown to a double room, which is fine because it was what we had booked. However this exchange was confusing and disappointing. The room we were given smelled terrible of mold or mildew or some other stink. We were moved to the next room which smelled poorly but not as bad. The desk lamp was broken and the desk chair was too low and would not raise. This hotel just left a bad taste in my mouth... the only good thing is it's proximity to shopping and the airport.More
