This place is a dream! The cottages are quaint and clean, and though they rest near each other, it was private and quiet. Just across the street is Hood Canal with beautiful views and trees encasing the canal; sitting on the dock drinking a coffee is incredibly relaxing and there is little traffic on the water. There are kayaks and a boat for use, as well. Enclosing the cottages is an incredible forest with a river running through and great short trails, which is maintained and nearby is lit with LED string lights for a romantic evening walk or a bonfire. The staff is so friendly and flexible and gave great suggestions of places to visit. There is so much around the area that I didn't get to fit into my short trip, so I am looking forward to visiting again!

These are not cabins (a couple are) they are trailer homes with the hitches still attached. They have 15 minutes of hot water as indicated on the sign in the bathroom. You could not get out of the queen size bed on either side and had to crawl in from the bottom to get in and out of bed. This trailer home was 8' wide in order to have it be able to travel on the roads. The unit #9 was clean but hardly nestled into the woods and hardly a cabin. The price doesn't indicate the value. We were very disappointed.

Room Tip: Never saw the older cabins but they must be much better.

We rented the entire resort for my daughters wedding and it was the absolute best place for a weekened wedding with family and friends.
The location is perfect with beautiful grounds and cabins.
We had guests the camped in tents and brought their RV's and had a beautiful area on the Hood Canal.
Their is a gazeboo with a bar with a sink and small refrigerator and gas grills for your use.
The managers were very welcoming and took very good care of the grounds.
The little bridge over the creek was engraved with the names and date of the couples who had their weddings there.
We couldn't have found a better location for the wedding.
All the guests commented on how it was the perfect location and the best wedding they have attended.
We had guests that came in from several different states and were so very happy with the resort.
We will be returning so that we can really explore the area as there were so many places to see.
All the cabins were beautiful.
Thanks Robin Hood Resort for such a beautiful place to celebrate such a special day/weekend.

We went up Sunday for fathers day. What a wonderful place! It was very relaxing and laid back. The gal that checked us in was very friendly and had a great demeanor about her. We had cabin #1 and really liked it. Private hot tub was nice and clean. Full kitchen which we didn't use but, would be great for families. We would absolutely recommend this place as well as go back. If you like to hike even better! Great hiking within minutes and then you can go back to the cabin to relax in the hot tub. They also have kayaks available (free of charge) as well as an onsite restaurant and pub. Down the road is a great Mexican place we tried and LOVED the food! If you are looking for a quite unique place this is it!!!

I visited in April 2014 and absolutely loved the time I spent there. The cabins are each unique and very comfortable. I would have been happy to staying in and watching the rain out of the huge windows in cabin 7. The best part was that they allow you to bring your dog without an questions, it really makes it a great place to visit.

We were planning to visit next week. Unfortunately, we had very bad family news and needed to cancel. The owner's/management of this property were kind enough to refund the full amount and offer well wishes. It's rare in present-day business to find an establishment that is willing to consider situations on a case by case basis instead of a corporate policy that wouldn't allow such flexibility. We will visit in the future BECAUSE of their empathy and plan to bring friends along as well. Kudos to Robin Hood Village Resort.
Kind regards, Mark and Audrey C Edisonh
