“Nice Location”
Reviewed 10 August 2012

A very scenic location just outside downtown Wenatchee. The inn keeper was very friendly and helpful. She had a list of her favorite area restaurants for dinner ready to go. The gardens were nice and the riverside location very scenic. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean but needs a bit of help. There were water stains on the ceiling and the shower head needs replacing. The shower was painful to stand under because the jet coming from the head was concentrated. The room did have a window a/c unit, but it wasn't big enough to keep up with the large room, high ceilings and hot temps. Breakfast in the morning was great; both quality and quantity.
The inn's location is very serene and relaxing. Just be aware that the train tracks are just across the river from the inn so you will hear whistles 3 or 4 times during the night depending on how light of a sleeper you are.

Room Tip: try and get a room in the front of the house to minimize the train whistle noise

This 100 year old home is just off highway 97 but also right on the interesting Wenatchee River. We had a super comfy room and delicious breakfast for good value.

This B and B in an old home has gracious public areas and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was terrific, excellent food without a huge carb load. The chef was very friendly as well. The place is small and quiet and in a beautiful location- only hitch- the train passes on the other side of the river several times a night and uses the horn- I guess if you use the AC you might not hear it but I'm an open window sleeper.

Room Tip: ask for rooms 1,2 or 5 for a river view

We were made very welcome by Kathy, the owner of this lovely B and B. Nestled alongside the Wenatchee River, the inn is a stone's throw from Wenatchee. The home dates back to 1917. The surrounding property lulls visitors into a sense of peaceful restfulness. The breakfast was wonderful. This is a great value for your money!

This was our first time there, but definately not our last. The house is beautiful, the gardens are gorgeous and soooo peaceful, the bed was just right and the room cozy. Breakfast was delicious and so much more than just a scone, but the best part was the hospitality. We felt welcomed and listened to and appreciated from the minute we entered the house. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

My husband and I stay at the Warm Springs Inn every time we come to Wenatchee. We have a group that plays in a tennis tournament there twice a year. We LOVE Kathy, and her beautiful, peaceful Bed and Breakfast. Every room is special and well equiped. We love the hot tub after a long day of tennis, and she makes a wonderful dinner for us with the most beautiful table setting ever! The breakfast is tasty and filling. Too bad I can't eat much before matches! It has become our home away from home. We enjoy trying out the different rooms, which has never been dissapointing.

Room Tip: Perfect place to stay in Wenatchee.
