“A Lovely Weekend!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 September 2010

Angie and David made us feel right at home and provided us not only with wonderful accommodations but also provided us with the most special birthday dinner which was a special service Angie offered. Angie is a certified chef, and her breakfasts and pastries are delicious and all home made!

We will return and encourage others to stop and enjoy the British hospitality offered by these lovely people!

Thanks for your part in a memorable and lovely Birthday!

My wife and I just got back from a weekend in Wenatchee and a stay at this wonderful place. If planning a getaway, a business trip, or you're going to be in the area, you MUST stay here!! Angie and David are extraordinary. Our one and only regret was that our stay wasn't long enough. We will definitely return and cannot recommend this inn highly enough.

Solo Business traveler for two nights. A great experience, and a wonderful change from staying at the usual corporate hotel/motel. Angie and David are professional is every aspect, genuine and warm. They opened their home and their hearts. The house is a wonderful turn of the century classic, nicely furnished, exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The residential neighborhood is close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the cooked breakfast better than any hotel restaurant! I wholeheartedly recommend the business traveler to explore a B&B, and more specifically to stay at the Apple Country Inn Bed and Breakfast. It would also be ideal for a couple, for a night on a cross-state trip or for a romantic getaway. You can choose between a shared or private bath, upstairs in the main house or out back in the "carriage house". The house was quiet at night. There were no rail cars shuffling all night long next to my room. I had no concerns, no complaints and would offer no constructive criticism to the owners. Throughout the home were many small attention to details, from fresh roses, to Appletts and Cotletts, bottles of water and comfortable chairs on the big front porch. The price was right at $85 per night with a full cooked breakfast. My shared bath (though I was the only mid-week guest in the house) was sparkling clean and B I G ! ! I had both privacy and company. By the time I left I felt like I'd made good friends and look forward to returning. I would bring my wife and I would bring my family. I travel weekly around Washington state on business and twice annually overseas. Not only is this B&B a bargain, but it is one for the memory books. You will not be disappointed by either their quality or their service. Both are outstanding, and you too will recommend them to others.

We were greeted at the door by huge smiles and afternoon tea. Our room was cozy and clean. The place was booked, but we never heard our neighbors. Our hosts were great--willing to sit and chat or leave you be, whichever you prefered. The sitting room and porch were very comfortable for reading, talking, or playing board games.

Breakfast was amazing--a buffet of breads, cereals, fruit, juice, and coffee, served with a large plate of eggs, bacon, sausage, and hashbrowns. They are wonderful cooks, and the value of the truly offset the cost of the B&B.

We were in the Red Delicious room (all rooms are named after apples), which faced west and was streetside. It was a bit bright in the morning and a bit noisy from traffic. We also had to share a bathroom with a couple other rooms, but we never had to wait and it was kept very clean. Some of the suites have private baths too.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. It felt like being at home or at a close relative's house--comfortable, warm, and relaxing. We'll be back for sure!

We had sort of a reunion at Wenatchee, we stayed at Apple Country B&B with 6 families - with children. The house is very lovingly maintained and decorated, there was plenty of room for all of us. The facilities and breakfast were very nice, but most impressive was Angela and David's service and patience with us... even when we were talking and laughing over card games and jokes late into the night. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure you visit the Walla-Walla river front park, just a few minutes drive from the house.

The Inn was within walking distance to the Apple Blossom Parade site and to various restaurants. Very clean and homey with fresh flowers in each room. The Innkeepers are very friendly and the breakfasts were scrumptious. I would stay there the next time I plan a trip to Wenatchee.

The location is a nice residential neighborhood in Wenatchee. It's off the strip, but still close enough to town to walk to restaurants, etc (4+ blocks to the main street). The owners are super friendly and very accommodating, the rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable, and well stocked. The breakfasts are delicious. The Internet connection is great, a huge plus compared to many other places. It's an easy drive to the airport, to Mission Ridge ski area, and to all of the surrounding towns as well.

We had a great stay. If you're heading to the Wenatchee area, I highly recommend the Apple Country B&B!
