This was a nice place for breakfast for sure! Great service as well! It was a welcomed change from the night before where we ate. We would definitely go here again when we are passing through. Nice atmosphere and good food gets our business!

We've come here for many years and had always enjoyed it until recently. Apparently new ownership is not carrying on the traditions of funky but good - it is now funky and only mediocre.

We had a free day and made the trip through the North Cascades at our vendors suggestion, he also suggested "The Duck". When we arrived we were well after the lunch rush and it took forever to get our food. When it arrived the fries were dried out but not crisp, seemed to be left over from the lunch rush. The burgers were okay but far from impressive. We originally wanted to sit outside but the thunderstorm rolled in right after we sat down, when we moved inside it was hot as hades and they had no ventilation!

Worth a visit. It is such an eclectic menu that it would be difficult not to find something for everyone. If there is any focus at all it is definitely Mexican and then Italian but you will also find seafood, steaks, a couple of curries and it seems the almost obligatory burger selection. Appies are Mexican or a good assortment of salads. Reasonable but limited assortment of micro-brewed beers and a not too bad wine list that will not break the bank. Of course there is tequila but Carlos 1800 at the other end of town need not fear anything approaching competition in that regard. Again the assortment is limited but probably adequate if you're not a true affecionado. There is a big deck if the weather is good and that is the place to be although indoors is okay. Can definitely recommend.

Great deck, I have eaten there numerous times over the years and also stayed there and only ever eaten out on the deck. The food is tasty, the servers are friendly and the prices are reasonable. It is a nice oasis in the dry heat of the Methow Valley.
