Stayed for two nights first week if April. Clean and comfortable cabin. Stayed in #14 with a river Rock fireplace (which wasn't needed) the cabin is very efficient and cozy. The drinking water tasted so good! The staff were so kind and helpful, pointed out lovely hikes. Enjoyed chatting with them. tasty breakfasts, terrific coffee! Easy ramble into the town of winthrop. Would definitely recommend!

We just returned from our second trip to the Chewuch Inn, this time bringing our 11 month old son. We stayed in the "Mattie" cabin for two nights.

The property is beautiful, the owners and inn keepers are more than wonderful, and the breakfast (included with stay) is outstanding. We cross country skied in nearby Mazama and enjoyed sunny days with temps in the 50's. We were fortunate for such nice weather and late skiing availability.

We have visited the Chewuch Inn during early Fall in the past, and it was an amazing time of year to be there as well. The inn is just a short walk away from Winthrop's main street that has great dining and fun little shops to visit. We look forward to returning to the Chewuch Inn many more times in the future!

Room Tip: Our friends stayed in room 17. We peeked in and it was spacious and beautiful. The "romantic cabins" are wonderful, as well.

My husband and I spent four nights at the Chewuch Inn, we stayed in room 6 at the Inn. The Inn is lovely, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, fresh homemade scones, muffins, granola I could go on and on! The staff and owner are friendly and helpful. The second day of our trip we woke to find a flat tire on our car, Ann helped us solve that problem, then the day before we left my husband sprained his wrist, Dan (owner) got him an icepack and an ace bandage , offered to get medical help if we needed it and then recommended a beautiful walk since we couldn't ski that day. Sounds like a miserable trip? It wasn't at all thanks to our comfortable room, great food and wonderful staff. We are looking forward to going back soon.

I almost don't want to write a review of this gem of a place , because I want to keep it all to myself. The owners and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. The homemade breakfast had vegetarian options and was out of this world amazing. We will be back soon to this cozy and inviting place!!

Awesome cabin, brand new, very private and comfortable. Combination kitchen, dining and living areas with a separate bedroom, all very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well appointed, better than many beach cottages we have rented. Very clean property, terrific staff, and an absolutely fabulous breakfast. No complaints at all. It was the best place we stayed during our 12-day driving tour of the Northwest.
