It was our 25th wedding anniversary. We had been on a long weekend and just wasn’t ready for it to end. I found the Mental Health Monday’s package on your site. The person who made our reservation made sure we had the perfect room and at 5pm the Champagne showed up unexpected with a card wishing us a happy anniversary. Every contact we had with your staff, the way the room was appointed and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. Whoever says that money can’t buy happiness has not stayed at Willows Lodge. Thanks, we will see you again soon. David & Lori Franklin

We have stayed in willows lodge 3 times, and each times has been wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, the romantic package was great, and the spa heavenly. The best part is that it is close to the city but for its location and amenities it feels far away in the mountains. If you are visiting the area, you are really close to redmond (20 minutes), and to Seattle (40 min with traffic). Surrounded by wineries, beer places and the sammamish river trail ( if you are interested in biking).
TheBarking frog restaurant is great.

The property is beautiful and peaceful! The staff goes above and beyond for your comfort!
The choices for dining on site are varied and offer fantastic Northwest fare.
The room is both private and luxurious! The location cannot be beat! Walking to the nearby wineries and Red hook brewery are a plus!
Wine at check in and smiles at check out!- Our kind of place!

Room Tip: second floor has great balcony views

This is such a lovely property. The staff is amazing. We were originally put in a king room, but since it was a girls weekend we needed a double. Eric at the front desk was able to move us even though they were booked! So nice. We were greeted with wine when we checked in, had cocktails around the fire pit, strolled through the garden with the biggest tulips I've ever seen. Really a lovely stay!

A serene rustic lodge half an hour from downtown Seattle. What's not to like. The room was large and decorated to imbue calmness and warmth. We were in a business meeting and had breakfast and lunch catered. The food is much better than typical hotel fare. For dinner we walked across to the Barking Frog and sat around the fire pit. There was no intimacy available for our group, but we played musical chairs and all was well.

Had a great stay. Great staff, nice room, good location. Was alittle pricey but it was a nice place. Quite and relaxing. Great happy hour in the restaurant. Close to many wineries, and town. Rooms are super nice with patios, jet tub, and fireplace.

The staff was great! Friendly, professional, helpful, funny, cheerful. Loved them all!

The decor of our $345 per night room? A horrific, tasteless trip back to Grandma's house 1986. The photos speak for themselves.

Room Tip: Do NOT select one of the "romantic" rooms. There's nothing romantic about it. Funny...

Hello Susan B -

Thank you for staying at the Lodge and for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate the comments on the helpful and cheerful staff.

I am so very sorry that the unique and heavily themed "Herbfarm Suite" was not to your taste. Those 2 rooms are very specifically designed to be part of the experience in Dining at the Herbfarm.

Our apologies for not reading the situation better and providing a Lodge style room to your liking. We look forward to opportunity to host you again in the near future.

Warm regards,
Matt
