I rather liked the atmosphere at this place. It could be considered a bit faux wood cabin, but despite this I had a genuinely good impression of the place. Very friendly staff who seemed to be genuinely helpful.

I came on business, but would not mind staying here for pleasure.

Breakfast was really good.

The grounds of Willow's Lodge are beautiful and the common areas are very nice as well. However, the rooms (especially the bathrooms) are in dire need of updating. The showers use a very odd and outdated push button technology to control the water. After both my husband and I spent our entire showers trying to get the water up to temp, we both gave up. We also had family staying in a different room and they had cold showers as well. Not what I would expect from a $300/night hotel. It doesn't seem like the rooms have been renovated in years. Willow's has all the potential in the world, but time to take the rooms from 1999 to 2014.

Thank you for staying at the Lodge and for providing your honest and candid feedback about the lodge. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time here overall and tat the gardens and the public spaces stuck out in your memory.

I am so very sorry our shower controls were not as user friendly as we would all like we did not get all the right information to you in time to enjoy our wonderful showers. ( For future guests the trick is to "push and hold" to get it even hotter).

We look forward to your return!
Warm regards,
Matt

While this isn't one of the best hotel I've stayed in, I give it 5 because it was far and away one of the best for the price. Excellent value. Enthusiastic staff set the tone at the laid-back county lodge. Everyone seemed eager to please and awaited with smiles on their faces. Our "nicer" room was spacious and comfortable. It was well organized for comfortable couples accommodation, though friends or family traveling together might find the open bathroom design a bit problematic. The grounds were beautiful, and we loved the indoor-outdoor feel to the lobby and bar dining area. Convenient to river trails; borrowed great, brand-new bikes. Easy walk to other restaurants, wineries, brewery. Very relaxing. Liked the location. Recommended.

Thank you for sharing your experience at the lodge and elaboration on how the team and lodge made you feel. We especially enjoyed your comments as our mission is not to be the "best" hotel in the world however to find a way to be one of your "favorites". Our team loves the lodge and we are happy you did as well.

We look forward to welcoming you back early and often.

Warm regards,
Matt

My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary and chose it based on the many positive reviews. Our check in experience was fine, received lunch recommendations, etc. Overall I would say our accommodations (even in the Nicer room) were average. I did not particularly like the open bathroom nor the bed which was not comfortable at all. I do believe the rooms are overpriced. I would have expected a breakfast to be included for what we paid, but being a special occasion I felt the price was justified. I'm not sure if I feel that way now. It all felt very average, nothing extraordinary, nothing really to set it apart, for the price I kind of expected an above average experience.

It was our 25th wedding anniversary. We had been on a long weekend and just wasn’t ready for it to end. I found the Mental Health Monday’s package on your site. The person who made our reservation made sure we had the perfect room and at 5pm the Champagne showed up unexpected with a card wishing us a happy anniversary. Every contact we had with your staff, the way the room was appointed and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. Whoever says that money can’t buy happiness has not stayed at Willows Lodge. Thanks, we will see you again soon. David & Lori Franklin

We have stayed in willows lodge 3 times, and each times has been wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, the romantic package was great, and the spa heavenly. The best part is that it is close to the city but for its location and amenities it feels far away in the mountains. If you are visiting the area, you are really close to redmond (20 minutes), and to Seattle (40 min with traffic). Surrounded by wineries, beer places and the sammamish river trail ( if you are interested in biking).
TheBarking frog restaurant is great.

The property is beautiful and peaceful! The staff goes above and beyond for your comfort!
The choices for dining on site are varied and offer fantastic Northwest fare.
The room is both private and luxurious! The location cannot be beat! Walking to the nearby wineries and Red hook brewery are a plus!
Wine at check in and smiles at check out!- Our kind of place!

Room Tip: second floor has great balcony views
