I found Cherrywood by chance in my search for a B & B in this area and was immediately intrigued. I am always looking for new and interesting experiences and this was probably one of the highlights from our trip to Washington State . We stayed in the Longhorn which was lovely, although any of them would have been fine. We met and joined a camp fire with a couple of girl friends who were also staying the evening. They were smart and had purchased some wine, cheese and crackers and had their own little happy hour prior to the bon fire, because once you get there, we found it hard to leave. We were surrounded by pears, apples, grapes, horses.
It was a chilly evening but we were snuggly warm in the comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. Then we were off on our horse/wine tour. As others have said previously, it was a leisurely ride and we never felt rushed. We had a delicious boxed lunch at the second winery and split a bottle of wine we purchased there with our new riding friends.
Our only regret was not having the time to stay another night but our time was limited and we had more things to do.
Upon returning to MN, friends would ask how our trip was we would always say and 'we slept in a teepee' and then would quickly add; 'this was not just an ordinary teepee but a very deluxe teepee!'.
