We had read about this theater a while back in a WV tourism guide and I was very curious to see them. The performance was good, and the comedy routines and banter between cast members was great. The music was more contemporary than I expected -- given the name, I expected more of a bluegrass or mountain music feel to it. The visual effects projected on the screen above the players did not really add anything to the performance. And while we understand the satire angle behind their spoofs of the Bee Gees, Gloria Gaynor, Tiny Tim, etc., I would much rather have seen the ensemble being themselves! With all that said, if you are in Elkins, their two-hour show is worth seeing for a night's entertainment and to support a great local family business.
