Mavis Manor is a great place to unwind and is just off of I-77 with access to local Wineries and the Tamarack. We found the breakfast wonderful and our host was great! Full of local knowledge The Manor was clean and well kept. Deer and other wildlife abound .We plan to stay there often.

  • Liked — The Manor is lovely
  • Disliked — Needs better local diner.

What a beautiful place. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The accomodations were wonderful, very clean, and charming. Host had a wealth of history about the house. Highly recommended.

But shh… I’m not sure she knows that yet). On the grounds we focus mainly on permaculture, like our fruit forest, but also include traditional gardening styles as well. What we doesn’t grow on ground we take every possible stride to purchase locally. We offer an escape from your hectic lifestyle. The guest rooms have smart, eclectic styling, historic southern charm, and 21st century sustainable thinking.
