“One of a kind.”
Reviewed 18 July 2011

Great shop, a must see for anyone passing thru/visiting Point Pleasant. The knowledge of the shop's owner is second to none, easily the most dependable person for knowledge concerning everything 'Mothman'.

“Interesting, worth browsing”
Reviewed 28 April 2011

Visited The Point this weekend while in town checking out the Mothman attractions. The owner provides interesting conversation about the town and the store offers a number of unique Mothman souvenirs not available elsewhere - plush Mothman, Mothman-shaped pens with eyes that light up, and a few unique postcard designs. Worth browsing through when in town, locatd right on Main Street.

“Great cappucino and conversation!”
Reviewed 6 July 2009

The Point is a souvenir shop but they also sell cappucino. The hidden treasure though is the owner. He is very friendly and a wealth of information regarding the area, history, and the mothman. If you are in Point Pleasant and interested in that sort of thing (history, paranormal, etc.) don't miss stopping in to chat!

“This Store Has it All”
Reviewed 21 August 2007

THE POINT at 330 Main Street, Point Pleasant, West Virginia is a unique type of store. It has all types of Collectibles, Souvenires, and one of the best selections of t-shirts you will ever see. The owner Bob & Kitty are to of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure to meet. They design all of the t-shirts they sell. Form Native American to the famous Mothman of Point Pleasant. There t-shirts are high quality and worth the price. They have a large selection of Native American art and beautiful hand made items that are one of a kind. One the the best treats in this nice place is they serve the best Coffee, Tea, Espresso and Cappuccino you ever tryed. They make a speciality Cappuccino, French Vanilla style, this is one of the best Cappuccino's we ever had. Sit back and enjoy a Coffee, Cappuccino with an Ice Cream. Walk around this shop because on each shelf there is great stuff, and you will enjoy that French Vanilla Cappuccino. There is one other thing if you talk to Bob he is an expert on the History and Mysteries of Point Pleasant. Its worth the time to have him explain all the places of interest and the strange goings on in this wonderful town. You will enjoy this store and the Coffee..
