Over the past two dozen years this family owned,operated business has consistently provided qualilty dining in an area with an abundence of chains and "all you can eats".As others note,seafood specialties are notable,steaks are prepared to your desires,and the ribs get awards everywhere.But ...there's more,Autumn's tomato bisque is not to be missed,the creamed jalepeno spinach is such a wonderful side and fruit compotes and reductions are innovative and seasonal in presentation.Organic and local grown foods are regularly presented,my wife loves some of the different salad offerings and homebaked banana-nut bread and the sourdough.
My favorites are the sea scallops,always succulent and sweet,and the ahi tuna,delicately blackened with a seasonal fruit reduction.Now I'm hungry!!
