“a nice stay”
Reviewed 29 October 2012

very impressed with location just 25 mins from great yarmouth. very handy right next to brewers fayre it adjoins the hotel so you dont even have to go outside, provides a good breakfast and great meals in the evening. Rooms are comfortable and clean and staff are very helpful. would recommend to my friends and would definately stay again. Only complaint i had was the noise at 4.30am from the room above me.I did complain to the reception staff who did not seem to be concerned about the fact i had been disturbed.

Room Tip: the ground floor rooms over look the car park which could add to the noise we however didnt have any...

I had to attend a business Seminar in Norwich and needed to stay the night before. A budget hotel was the obvious choice and Premier Inn is my preferred option in this sector. I booked in a 'sale' period and got an excellent price for a half board package. The room was standard Premier Inn fare and was clean which was commendable.

The adjoining restaurant was a Brewers Fayre which someone else has described as more Little Chef. I am not convinced that I would go for the half board option again as the menu choice was three courses but of a limited selection. I would probably have chosen something different but had less courses and not spent any more. The restaurant also managed to ruin my pint of Woodforde's Wherry by overchilling it! Breakfast however was perfectly acceptable.

First time I have been to Norwich for a few years and so looking forward to it.

This to me is one of the best Premier Inns I have visited in a very long time.

Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Rooms were very clean. I had a problem with the bed which was too low and this was dealt with promptly.

Food here is very good and again any problem was dealt with professionally.

If there is one thing that could be a problem in the future is how busy it is and the childrens play area. I think that a separate area should be made for kids with families and couples who want a quiet meal.

I would go back there again.

Good location on the edge of the City. Usual good value, clean and comfortable Premier Inn with free parking and a Chef & Brewer restaurant (More Little Chef than gourmet) adjoining. All you can eat buffet breakfast was excellent value.

We stayed two nights - Friday & Saturday to attend a mates wedding in the sticks, this hotel was perfect. Ideal location for the City if you wanted it, and close enough to the ountryside with Yarmouth just up the road. We arrived just before 22:00 and were informed that the restaurant (at the adjoining pub) was due to close; the reseptionist offered to arrange for it to stay open if we were quick wich was welcome. The breakfast was spot on with a great choice and very reasonably priced at about 8 quid.
As always with the Premier Inn the beds were comfy & spacious (i'm 6'4") giving a good nights sleep and the rooms clean. No complaints at all. Check in and out completely hassle free by friendly staff

This Premier Inn is every bit as good as all of the others we have stayed in. It was quiet and conveniently situated for a social event we went to. The staff are lovely, as always, and the beds are comfortable. Although the breakfast was very good in the Brewers Fayre, I would probably eat elsewhere in the evening. The food was adequate, but the menu is uninspiring and the pub was full of noisy children.
