Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable although more could be done to control the room temperature. Plenty of parking, there is not much of interest locally so a car is essential.

I could not get used to the beds at this hotel, and after being informed that all of the Premier Inn hotels use the same bed, I shall not be returning to any of them.

Staff all very friendly and a refund was given as per the brands guarantee without any form of question.

Usual premier inn standard, very friendly reception staff and pub staff. Nice size family room and excellent breakfast plus nice dinner. easy location for town and Great Yarmouth which is what we went for. Pub has a soft play area too which cost £2

A warm welcome by Hedi on arrival, quickly checked in and given a ground floor room, a lift is available for those who are given first floor rooms. An advanced booking cost us about £80 where as another family member left it until the day and the cost was just over £100 always worth booking in advance if you can.

A very comfortable spacious and clean room, well laid out with tea/coffee facilities, free WIFI access for 30 minutes per day with the option to purchase more if needed. A large comfortable bed and a decent nights sleep. Great power shower, in bathroom.

Living fairly local to Norwich we used the hotel for an overnight stay as we attended a family wedding in Norwich, whilst it's ideally located just of the A47, it's not a city centre hotel, but no doubt it's a great base for exploring the City of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads.

Breakfast can be purchase separately on the day. The hotel is attached to a Brewers Fayre with an all you can eat breakfast buffet which was delicious and very hot, this cost £17.50 for two adults but children eat for free.

A very enjoyable stay and I would hesitate using it again.

Excellent experience, staff in th hotel and restaurant were friendly, polite, helpful and curtious. We arrived at the hotel early but we're allowed to check in to a room early with no problems whatsoever. Great comfortable rooms and the breakfast was really good value for money and very nice with lots of choice

Typical Premiere Inn - clean well organised room, spotless shower which functioned properly, very comfortable bed, excellent pillows (rare for a budget hotel). Breakfast a bit pricey unless you are one of those that can take advantage of Premeiere's offer to eat as much as you like. Friendly staff, passenger lift to upper floors. The room was rather warm (no air conditioning) but it was a very hot sunny day and the room faced SW. Two fans which were provided in the room helped cool us down. Overall a very comfortable stay.
