I booked two spots for Charter Fishing over the 4th of July holiday weekend to the tune of $240. To my disappointment the six of us on the boat did not catch ANY fish. We were not even told that fishing had been bad and that there was a chance we wouldn't catch anything. We didn't find that out until we came back in after 5 hours out on the water and had to pay up. I realize there are no guarantees with fishing, however, to take a group out knowing fishing is not good and not letting the customer know, tells me this outfit cares more about the money it collects rather the customer's experience. Captain Todd needs to realize he is in the customer service business.
