“A True Gift to all who visit !!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 May 2014 via mobile

The ICF is one of the most amazing places tucked in a beautiful tiny town of Baraboo , Wisconsin ! Not only do you get to see all the rare and wondrous varieties of these magnificent birds - but you learn about their habitat and the challenges they face ( AND what ICF is doing to help mitigate these threats). The staff and educational docents tell wonderful stories about each different species that engages both old and young . If you are anywhere near this facility -- you MUST go !

“Fascinating stop, well done exhibits”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 May 2014

This is a must see for anyone who loves cranes, or birds in general. We spent an hour and a half there on a freezing cold day, and loved watching the cranes. The movie on the saving of the Whooping Cranes is short and spellbinding. Don't miss it! Our international visitors were very impressed with the efforts of the ICF in their countries, and the clear labeling of the exhibits.
