Do not believe the previous comment from the President of the Village of Belgium. This place is a dive. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is just a small list of our inspection of our room when we stayed there in August.

Reserved two queen beds and was told we did not!
Smoke smell in room
Bathtub would not drain
Vanity light broke
No iron in room
Drapes broke and would not fully close
No lotion
Pubic hair on bath floor
Food left under bed
Air Conditioner so loud you could not use it
Back door did not lock so anybody could enter
When you complain to Bassant Kumar the General Manager you will not get any resolution and she will not give you your money back.

Room Tip: Do not stay here

Came to a wedding...bride had block of rooms there. Booked 3 nights....after check in and seeing the room we came downstairs with all our bags to get our money back and not stay a night! Lady would not give us our money back, so we paid and then left!!! It was rundown...air conditioner in room so loud you could never sleep. NO ONE ELSE there!!

Room Tip: Don't stay! The La Quinta in Sheboygan was very nice :)

The Kumars have been operating this inn for 14 years under the philosophy "work with the customers." So don't be shy about asking for available discounts or anything else needed to make your stay more enjoyable at the Regency Inn. This is an old property with console TVs but everything is of good quality (plumbing fixtures, etc.) and sparkling clean. The cable TV reception is excellent and the wireless internet connection is one of the fastest we've encountered in our travels around the Eastern U.S. Our quiet, queen room equipped with microwave and mini-fridge was $69.90 with AARP discount, an absolute bargain considering the Sheboygan hotels just a bit farther north were ranging in price from $88-$140 and rates were not going to get any cheaper heading south toward Milwaukee/Chicago.
There's a pizza place that delivers, a travel plaza with some food and a mini McDonald's across the side street and a diner-style restaurant across the highway that reportedly has good soup. A modest continental breakfast with coffee, juices, pastries, bottled water and fruit is available in the pleasant lobby beginning at 6 a.m. each morning. Our only disappointment was that the sauna wasn't working, with a part on order. The "spa" room with whirlpool looked quite delightful, especially in its location designed to catch the morning sun. Hoping the next time we stop (because we will definitely stop here again during travels south) all is in order so we can partake of this amenity. In the meantime, we can recommend this to any travelers visiting this area who want a good deal on a comfy if not entirely modern or fancy night's stay.

Room Tip: Our friendly and attentive hosts were happy to put us in a room where we could see our vehicle from...

Location off of the highway was great for us. The prices were very reasonable, the staff friendly, it was all e needed for a night after a day partying at the lake. We would stay again. The proprietor was welcoming to us, both on check in and departure. we appreciated the fact that we were able to check in before 1:00PM, to get settled prior to venturing to the lake.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Regency Inn. It was conveniently up the highway from Milwaukee, and we could have a couple of quiet nights before ending our vacation and driving home. The owners/operators were very friendly. The sauna was great!!

A good deal overall.

Our purpose in the area was to visit Harrington State Park .(and not camping) After reading less than favorable reviews we booked a room here on very short notice to be close to everything we wanted to do in this resort area. Both my wife and I found the motel acceptable. Yes the building is very old. However, our opinion is that the owners have tried very hard to maintain this motel to an acceptable level. Our room had all new fixtures in the bath. All areas were recently painted and quite professionally done I might add. The carpeting was new and everything worked (refrigerator, TV, microwave, telephone, hairdryer, and coffee pot. It was also very clean. There were plenty of towels with clean bedding. This is a resort area so the prices may seem high to some. My experience would say you would have to drive 20 miles away pay 40% more and not get much better. My only grip is the in wall air-conditioning that are loud and ineffective when the temperature above 90 plus degrees. (I have had this same grip in more “high class” chains.) I visited the sauna (did not use) it appears clean and welcoming. Not sure where the negative comments came from. They also offered a small breakfast buffet (I just had water, coffee and orange juice so cannot comment on the balance) The owners to use were friendly as was the housekeeping that greeted us as we passed.

Room Tip: 206 queen non smoking. You will get night light from the gas station across the street but there are...

Tihis place is not clean, I worried about bed bugs; obviously the mattresses are ones other hotels were discarding, Continental Breakfast left much to be desired. You could have done better at the gas station across the road. We were walk-ins, but were told all king-size beds were taken, according to information, they don't even have king-sized beds. Taken? There were only 2 cars in the parking lots in the morning????? Sheets looked like cheese cloth, so threadbare. For that kind of money, they need to upgrade desperately. I imagine by next year when we go by, it will have been razed, hopefully. Disgrace to the area!
