The hotel, casino and bar staff were great. The restaurant was understaffed. Long wait to make your order and then get your food. Food was just ok. Due to a long wait at the table after being seated we just skipped breakfast one day. It was a rolling joke all weekend how bad the service was in the restaurant. If it were not a family event I could not imagine we would ever go there again, nothing special about the place, though nothing terrible either.

Room Tip: Rooms are really nice.

Very nice, very clean rooms, comfortable beds. I had a regular room with a king bed and still had plenty of extra space. Nice walk in shower and soft towels. One of the nicest and cleanest rooms I have used in a long time and extremely reasonably priced. Get a Players Card first and then check in and you will get a 15% discount.

Have stayed here once a year. Last review I gave was how I thought the employees were a little on the unfriendly side compared to other years not so this time. Every employee was extra helpful to every need. Didn't matter who the front desk staff, waitress, bartender, star club all staff. It was nice seeing all the smiles back again. I always give a second chance. Rooms are always clean. Beds very comfortable. lots and lots of pillows. We ate at the buffet it was very good. If you like crab legs this is the place to go. Can't wait to go back!!

Room Tip: Every room is good I have stayed in. We had a corner room this time.

We booked a room last minute & got a suite, as that was all that was left. The suite was nicely appointed, clean & had a comfortable feel. The king bed was great---there were chocolates & bathrobes set out for us. The bathroom was very spacious & had a large walk-in shower, as well as a separate tub / shower & two sinks. The room was quiet and ,for a suite, we thought it was certainly worth the price. You will get the best deal on rooms by having a Players card from their casino. Did not check out the pool or fitness center.

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Looking out the window you can see the beautiful fall colored trees. The bathroom had a good sized shower that was very comfortable and the room was very clean . The desk clerks were extremely helpful and ready to please. Gambling was great and the food was fine. It was also exciting listening and watching the Packers' game. :) the price is very reasonable.

Room Tip: Did not do kids activity but couldn't get the dots off. Any room is a good room.

Beautiful facility. Large flat screen tvs in the rooms. Some of the rooms have a horrible view and they frosted the windows so you can't see out. The showers are huge, big enough for two people. I was surprised to find no venting in the bathrooms. Since the casino is in the middle of no where and on an Indian property, they must be able to skirt around building codes.

The Long House restaurant has decent food, but the menu is rather small. Some menu items are very reasonably priced while others are not. The salads are large enough for two people to share.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a nice view.

Even though it really is out in the middle of nowhere it was an enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable and we also ate at two of the restaurants and enjoyed both of our meals. We heard a lot of winners being announced but sadly never heard our names. Thought it was very amusing that they had huge kleg light leading the way out to the casino. We would stay again if we were ever in Bowler again.
