You should warn your guests about the hotel being located right next to railroad tracks where trains pass every hour. Because of this I got no sleep that night. I also had issues with the AC unit blowing cold air. I had the thermostat down as low as it could go and it couldn't cool off the room. It wasn't even an abnormally hot day/night so not sure why it couldn't crank cold air. In conclusion, it was a very noisy and hot stay and I will never stay here again.

My husband & I stayed here to explore the town of Burlington. We think it has a great pedestrian lifestyle. The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the center of the city. I would recommend staying here for the value, comfort and convenience. If you are a light sleeper, ask to have a room opposite the train track.

Hotel was standard excellent Hampton quality, but it is located immediately, with in a few feet of a very busy railroad line. The click clack is OK, but the horn blasts were annoying. Try to stay on the opposite side of the hotel!

The room was very small. The room was very expensive. The shower was nice. The complimentary breakfast was okay. Parking was also not the greatest when it was busy. It is located fairly close to most downtown locations but it is also located next to train tracks that have a train drive by every 20 minutes. Prepare to be awaken by trains in the night.

Our stay was good, nothing exceptional but the Hotel was clean and close enough to dining that we walked everywhere. There was a farmers market a block from the hotel so we enjoyed walking around. The train noise could be a problem for some who want total quiet but our grandkids loved watching them from our room and the pool. The front desk staff was friendly but the breakfast host seemed grumpy.

Room Tip: If you want to sleep better, ask for the rooms that face the road, not the train tracks.

My overall stay was very good. Room was very clean and comfortable--lot of tech outlets for charging. Staff was friendly and available. Breakfast was ok--nothing special. Had extreme noise from trains, which I understand was a community issue and hopefully is being addressed. Pool is very small but adequate for cooling off and has a jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful time with our entire family using most of the Hotel. We were in town for a wedding and we were very close to the facility and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. The internet service was very helpful.
