Description: Welcome to the Amy's Gourmet Apples retail store, Amy's Candy Kitchen. Our 19th century open-concept kitchen and retail storefront is located in historic downtown Cedarburg Wisconsin. We have had our facility open since 1996. We remain as an active member in the community where we participate in many of the famous Cedarburg festivals such as Strawberry Fest in June, Harvest Fest in September and Winter Fest during December. You can find our retail facility by driving right down the main road, Washington Avenue. We are located right next to the Chocolate Factory and the Washington House Inn bed and breakfast house. We make all of our award winning products right here in our Amy's kitchen for pickup or shipping to you!

There was a line here, but we managed to hang around, and it was totally worth it. Great chocolate and fun just looking.

We purchased candy, caramel apples and toffee. All of which was very tasty. However, the service was horrible. I wish I would have turned around and walked out without making a purchase. The rude way in which we were greeted was shocking. Yes, Andrea! You were rude. This was the only shop in Cedarburg in which customer service was lacking.

I was so happy that Fairy food isn't just a holiday specialty! Why doesn't the rest of the country know what Fairy food is??? We've looked everywhere, and we haven't yet found any candy store that makes it, or even recognizes it. Had to buy lots more of the delicious apples. They store perfectly for at least a week (that's how long they lasted, tried to ration them, but couldn't hold out.) Even after a week, the apples were fresh and crisp and the chocolate and the caramel were perfect, still hugging the apple, not sliding down and off like some apples. Kind of pricey, yes, but so worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The choices of caramel apples was almost overwhelming!! Virtually any flavor was available. It was nice that they offered to slice the apples for ease of eating and sharing! Husband tried the Peanut Butter Fudge and didn't really like it that much. He said it wasn't creamy enough. But really enjoyed the Peanut Butter Cluster candy he tried.

This is one of a couple candy shoppes in the town but this has great candy as well as the LARGE variety of carmel apples which have so many coices it was hard to pick just one. They cut it so you didn't have to eat it off the stick if you didn't want to. Not the cheapest acarmel apple but it was awesome.
