My family and I were traveling through Wisconsin en route to northern Minnesota, and booked a discounted room at this property via Priceline. We had stayed here previously, and had a good experience then, too. I had called ahead to ensure that the room had two beds (we have a teenage son), and the desk person with whom I spoke was both helpful and friendly, and this was equally true when we arrived. The room was adequate, though we were slightly disappointed at the lack of a refrigerator. Sleep was wonderful, breakfast the next morning was a bit skimpy, but adequate.
In the rush to get back to our room and pack, my wife forgot her purse in the dining room; a guest brought this to the front desk, and we received it back in a manner which was secure, but immediate, and were grateful for the help with this.
Overall a good experience, and I would recommend this property to others passing through Eau Claire.
The room was small and not properly cleaned. The sheets had stains on them and the ceiling had stains on it from who knows what. The information book was well worn and had miscellaneous stains on sheets. The room was not worth $108 for the night. It was a terrible experience.
