The Schreiner's restaurant is a nice little restaurant in Fond Du Lac. The service was very fast and friendly and the old timely feel was definitely different than many of the other restaurants I have visited. The food was pretty good and a pretty good value.

When I go to Fond du loc I always make time to stop for at least one meal. The only other place with cooking like this is at home. I was really impressed with the clam chowder

The restaurant has an old people kind of decor and feel, as well as all the waitresses were quite old but they were super friendly and it was like being served at grandmas house. I had fried perch that was a special offer and it was insanely good. Blew me away. Glad we finally went in after years of driving past.

always busy, always good food, good pies. can be a bit loud at times with the attraction of the elderly croud. they all pull out their hearing aid and yell across the table to each other.

Schreiner's Restaurant is an outstanding, extremely clean with delicious tasting entrees! Their house dressing is fabulous! The coffee is worth at least three cups easily. People come from all over the United States to come to this restaurant! I know because I worked my way through college at this wonderful establishment.
