Desperate times call for desperate measures when you are trying to attend a Packer game in Green Bay. We stayed here this past weekend because when there are only a few options, you don't even want to take the time to look at what you're getting into. The fact that we paid MORE than I pay to stay in a downtown Chicago hotel makes me feel a little sick. The good: You are a short taxi ride away from Lambeau. You have a place to sleep after the game. There was a fridge and microwave (tailgate priorities...). The bad: The person working there was incredibly rude. Two people going to their room while we were checking in asked us if we brought anything to check for bed bugs. The pillows were as flat as a piece of cardboard - pretty much useless. The room was dirty - the kind of dirty where you're pretty much beyond ever getting it clean (I closed my eyes every time I went in the bathroom), there are stains on the carpet. At exactly checkout time the Manager came knocking on our door to kick us out, and was not friendly about it.

So again, if its your only option - it will do. But I would pay pretty much anything more to not have to stay here again.

We checked in last Saturday, May 25, 2013. Early in the morning around 6am. We took the P1,200.00 room. The staffs are not rude but neither they were polite. We were greeted with poker faces. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but that mood remained consistent until the day that we left (Monday)
.
We ordered a plate of Pancit Canton which is served in our room. But geez, it was really salty. And it doesn’t come with a free drinking water (even tap water), so you have to order for a bottled water. We never ordered any other food anymore.

Monday morning was even worse. Hot water in our room doesn’t work. I reported it immediately at the front desk and they asked me to let the water run for a few minutes. I did it. But 30 minutes has passed and the water remain cold so I went back to the front desk again. It appeared they forgot to turn on the water heater. (And they didn’t even apologize for that) Two hours has passed until the water becomes warm but it never got hot. I didn’t complain anymore as I got tired walking from the back house to the front building because they don’t have a telephone in each room. So, we settled for a little less cold water for a bath.

This place is cheaper than other hotels, but prepare yourself as you get what you are paying for.

No, we’re not going back to Baguio Village Inn anymore.
One more thing, do not expect them to change your bed sheets unless you say so

Room Tip: Do not scrimp for a few hundred bucks if you're looking for a nice place to stay. Get a real pla...

Stayed one night was pretty nervous didn't sleep very well. 3 miles from Lambeau and close to down town. The room was spacious kind of one of the places that people live at, well a few rooms did have people living in them.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times and have nothing but stories to tell. The first time I stayed there we were approached by a crackhead in the parking lot wanting to smoke crack with us in exchange for being able to stay in our room. The next time i stayed there i had a horrible toothache and left the room at 2 am to go to the store. there was a drunk bum passed out in the halway that i had to walk over to exit the hotel. He was snoozing away passed out next to a 40 and a bag of doritos. Overall, yea its not a holiday inn or even a motel 6 for that matter but if you need a room and want to be close to dt green bay than this is just fine. The hotel is blocks away from bars and dance clubs. Dont forget you cant buy beer after midnight!!! So stock your fridge in your room before you hit the bars.
