“NICE!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 August 2012

I chose this hotel because I was visiting my grandchildren and wanted to entertain them all in one place. This was the perfect spot. Not only does it have a great water park, it also has great restaurants. The rooms are roomy and the service is great. You get water park passes with your room. The kids and I didn't leave the hotel!!!

We stayed here for 7 days and although our children are grown we quite enjoyed the atmosphere. It was very family oriented and quiet in the evenings. We are going back again during the NFL season so it will be interesting to see if the same can be said.
The water park is great. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The restaurant was good for families.

We stayed at Tundra Resort in July and had a great experience. Very nice water park although it could use a wave pool and the hot tub was not working. If you have younger kids the water park seems to cater to them. The buffet was good with specially made omelettes. The rooms were comfortable. All the staff seemed very nice and there to help you. Location is great with being next to the stadium.

Had a good time. The service was good concidering the amount of people. Easy access to the hall of fame and other attractions. This is a place to take the kids. Lots of fun things to do. Could use better . Lots of good food in the area.

Room Tip: close to the water park as the kids always forget or want something.

This was my second stay at the Tundra and it was even better than the last! We stayed in a Loft Suite which even had three tv's & a separate space up stairs for the kids. This hotel is very child friendly from the rooms to the waterpark. The waterpark is clean & the perfect size for keeping track of multiple kids. There is always a visible lifeguard and even someone looking over the spalsh pad. I really felt like I could relax! The restaurants moderately priced & did offer the adults more than just pizza or a burger. The only thing I wished was for a bigger gift shop!

This is a great place for kids, especially in the middle of the winter in Wisconsin. Easy access to Lambeau Field, also a plus. I took my four-year old here and she had a blast, both in the arcade and the water park. They had nice package available with free access to the waterpark, arcade tokens, a pizza, breakfast, and a room with a separate bunk bed. Accommodations were decent, but nothing to write home about. If I was traveling there with my daughter again, I'd definitely stay here again.

This is NOT a "suite" - at most, this is a $75-a-night-room!! You are most definitely paying for the water park - because the rooms, guest services and customer service is HORRIBLE. Please do not spend $189 per night - you will be very disappointed!

We left early (around 10 am) for our sightseeing and returned around 8 pm to find NOTHING had been serviced in our room. When we called the front desk they said we "must've left our do not disturb" sign on the door! We didn't. They finally brought the towels. They handed "us" large trash bags to empty our wastebaskets in the room. When we asked for coffee refills for the room, they brought us Keurig pods - the room had a full 10-cup maker. It took 3 tries to finally get them to understand. They ended up bring a Keurig machine. Haha!! While Keurig machines are nice, they are not very conducive to 6-person groups especially when the machine kept losing power. Makes 2 cups then shuts down. Every hotel I've ever stayed in gives free coffee in the lobby in the mornings. They charge $2 per cup.

We had one roll of toilet paper and had to go get our own for the room.

Tried to play pool in the bar. The cue ball didn't dispense. When we asked the bar attendant she said there "wasn't much she could do about it." Two men, who appeared to be management

$3 for bottled water in the room, $2.75 in vending machine. $1.75 for newspaper.

EXAMPLE: On our way here, we stayed at the Lake Front Inn in Manitowoc for $75 per night. The rooms were clean, on the lake, they went out of their way to provide every accomodation, full free breakfast, free newspaper and coffee in the lobby... No water park... So it is very evident what you will be paying for at Tundra. If you want to spend $189 per night to swim in a water park... This is your place.
