Description: San Pedro Café is a Caribbean-themed restaurant and bar sharing the flavors, culture, and pleasures of the Caribbean Sea with residents and visitors of Hudson, Wisconsin. Nestled along the historic main street district of Hudson, the San Pedro Café invites you to experience life on island time. Caribbean-themed, culinary focused with an emphasis on scratch-cooking. The heart of our kitchen is our large wood-fired oven used to prepare fresh seafood, slow-smoked meats and vegetables, specialty pizzas, and a variety of other culinary delights. The San Pedro Cafe offers a unique experience of island life. With a concept conceived from the town of San Pedro in the island paradise of Ambergris Caye, Belize, the San Pedro Cafe welcomes you to come as you are. Whether you are enjoying our amazing Jalapeño Blood Orange Margarita on our tropical-inspired urban patio, sipping one of our signature Vacation Libations in front of our 100 gallon salt water aquarium, or watching our culinary team from the best-seat-in-the-house pasta bar, our theme of being hospitable and welcoming to all guests shines through. Our team hopes you enjoy your "vacation" at the San Pedro Cafe and we can't wait to see you again.

Awesome food - many choices, fresh cooked for you upon order. Service is usually good, and food comes in a timely fashion. Fish and seafood very well done, nice drink selections. Can't wait for the patio to be open. A bit noisy sometimes, but well worth staying for the food.

Great place to eat and drink. The service is outstanding and the food is great, but if you are not into Caribbean type food, then you might just want to have a cocktail. Ceviche, pizzas, fish, shrimp, scallops, beef, stews, spice and a great fish tank with real live coral. Good selection of wines and full bar including Mojitos, Margaritas and other island cocktails. Outdoor seating too.

Definitely glad we stopped in for a little "getaway" which is exactly what it feels like when you step into this Caribbean themed eatery. The service was friendly and helpful, and very prompt. We sat at the bar. I enjoyed a blood orange jalapeño margarita and it was DEELISH!!! I chose the nights special which was the Enchiladas Del Mar. This was so good I'll be very disappointed it's not on the regular menu. It was fresh corn tortillas filled with very fresh and perfectly cooked lobster, tiger shrimp, and sea scallops, spinach, roasted red peppers and cheese. It was all topped with a delectable, rich coconut lobster cream sauce. OMG this was so good I couldn't get enough. I highly recommend San Pedro cafe for anyone traveling to the Hudson area.
