“The skinniest beach on earth!”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 February 2013

This is the worst beach I have ever seen. I hated paying good money to sit on a beach that was narrower than I am laying down. Lots of boats anchor here and it is noisy. The State Park is okay. We did camp there and had fun, but this park gets very crowded.

“Love it!!!”

I actually live close to the park and am able to enjoy it every day. It's a great place to go walking the trails are great. My dog enjoys the walks as well.

“A dry park in wisconsin”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 November 2012

I'm pretty sure the only reason for its existence is because its kind of close to the city of Lake Geneva. Unless you want to purchase a bunch of overpriced boutique items (then why are you camping?), then there is no reason to visit Geneva. The camp sites are located in a large clear cut field. The trails are uninteresting. The wood was wet and its a DRY PARK. You can't bring any booze into this place. The beach is across a busy road and is about 3 feet wide. I guess it is a beach, but there are better beaches. I would pass this place up for any other state park.

If the weather is good it is a nice place to visit. Nothing spectacular but it is by the water with a good beach. Well maitained, clean and fun for kids.
