“Best Restaurant in Town”
Reviewed 25 May 2014

This is hands down the best restaurant in town. Greg the owner has his hands on every meal. The menu varies and is small but fresh and amazing. All entrees come with a daily vegetable, potatoes and sometimes this delicious cabbage or when in season fresh locally grown corn....DELICIOUS!! The atmosphere is nothing special it's fun to sit at the bar if available, make a reservation or you will never get it!!

“Great dinner”
Reviewed 16 May 2014 via mobile

My wife and I ate here and the food was great. I had the Sicilian filet which was served with vegetables, mashed potatoes, spinach and some sort of cabbage relish. it was awesome. There is also a TV above the bar which shows the stove where the chef is cooking the food. You can also see back into the kitchen where everything happens. It probably sounds odd, but it was pretty cool.

“Local Hot Spot”
Reviewed 6 May 2014

Small intimate dining room. The chef owner is in an open air kitchen, all the food our party enjoyed was outstanding. Go early as the dining room fills up quickly! Enjoy

“Place for Foodies on a Weekend Getaway”
Reviewed 22 April 2014

Medusa is a welcomed surprise for Chitown foodies on a weekend getaway to the area. Note: be sure to make reservations on opentable, as the reservations fill up and the bar seating is very limited. We made a day of reservation for a 5:30pm seating on a Saturday otherwise we could not be seated till 8:30pm. We were seated in the front of there restaurant. The area is small and lowly lit, so great for a romantic evening. Our server, Joel, took excellent care of us and made some fabulous recommendations. The chef is inspired by modern Mediterranean style food. So off course we started with the flaming saganaki. It was excellent on their on site baked bread. For the main, the BF had the veal medallions with mash potatoes and to his surprise very tasty curry cabbage. The veggie guest had the pasta with assorted mushrooms and truffle oil. It was excellent and large enough in portion to share or take home. We actually watched the chef prepare our meal on a live feed screen over the bar. We were so full that we could not partake of their gelato. Medusa was a lovely way to end a day of relaxation on the lake.
