"By Customer Request, this number has been suspended" is the message you get when you call! Nothing on website. Don't believe they are closed for just the summer......heard they are out of business.

We wanted to eat at Crawdaddy's for a special occasion dinner. We drove a considerable distance through Friday night traffic to get there, only to find them closed. There were signs taped to the windows and doors that they are "closed for the summer" effective the end of June. Yes, we could've called first, but it was relatively early evening so we weren't concerned about getting in. We did our research before heading there and found nothing about reservations being recommended. I don't normally have to call a restaurant to ask if they're still in business before I go. (I still haven't called, so I'm not sure if they even have a message letting people know.) We had thoroughly read reviews on various sites and also looked at their entire website (the "about us" page, "contact us", "location", and "menus") and absolutely nowhere on their site does it mention that they're closed. This is just bad business practice and unprofessional. There's no excuse for them not taking the time to throw up a "temporarily closed" message on their website. It's a shame, their menu looks good and judging by the reviews people really liked them. But after inconveniencing us like this, even if they do reopen, I'm not trying again.

Where to start? Drinks! In addition to an extensive selection of wine they had classic cocktails-started w/ Pims Cup, then appetizers--the best, most unique humus ever. Pecan crusted trout and pulled pork for our entrees along with warm corn bread. Best of all was our server. She was knowledgeable and absolutely charming. Next time I want to leave room for dessert.

A lot of food for the money and fantastic service. We ate with a party of 20 and our server was spot on! The cinnamon chili seared scallops w/lobster mashed potatoes were great!
