We recently held an event with more than 40 people at the Hotel. The Anchorage kitchen prepared a delicious luncheon featuring Pecan Crusted Tilapia, which everyone raved about! Nola and Trevor staffed the event and bent over backwards to serve everyone quickly and seamlessly, changing out the 3 courses (salad, entree, dessert) discretely without distracting the audience from the speakers. They also handle difficult requests with diplomacy! I'm always glad to see that Nola and Trevor are working at our events, because I know our members will be getting great service!!
