Everything at the hotel was good, but the attached restaurant with great gluten-free breakfast, lunch, and dinner makes this one the best hotels around! The pool area is fun for kids and it is located right next to the mall. Also, there is a great park one mile away.

Keep reading … this hotel is worth it. The Kenosha Radisson continued to impress our family from booking through checkout. We normally don't write about hotels as they are usually blah. The Kenosha Radisson is NOT an average hotel ... it is entirely customer-focused! We stayed there 8/2/2013-8/5/2013 and used their 'Bristol Renaissance Faire' package. Our family traveled from coast to coast to meet there for a mini-family reunion. Even though each party booked their own rooms at different times, Tonya at the Radisson made sure that we each had the same pricing and carefully explained the Faire package option, which included full menu breakfasts, Faire tickets, tips, and shuttles to and from the Faire. This hotel is immaculate, comfortable, and very well located with an outlet mall adjacent to its property. Tonya made arrangements for our rooms to be together on the same floor, same hall. Very appreciated! The rooms are on the spacious side and very well maintained. Every room we used had 'Sleep Number' beds, which were fun to experiment with and very comfortable. The breakfasts were first rate - delicious and sizable - and the hostess, who was very gracious, set a table for all for us each morning. She always had a smile and worked to make each breakfast all it could be. The service and food were consistently fantastic! The shuttle service to and from the Faire could not have been more convenient. The folks at the front desk were always friendly and helpful and accommodated our large party and one-off requests. Our room was immaculate each day and the housekeeper left sweet notes. Check in and check out were fast and easy and the prices were extremely reasonable ($149 for nights that included the package and package was worth at least $75 per room; per Tonya’s recommendation, we paid a lower rack rate on non-Faire nights). Some in our party used the pool and whirlpool and they were quite happy with them. We also walked to the outlet mall for some evening shopping since the mall was just across the parking lot. We flew in and out of Milwaukee (`30 minutes away) while others did so from Chicago (`60 minutes away). Even though this hotel is off the highway (I-94) we never heard the traffic in the hotel. Hotels are rarely worth writing about but the Kenosha Radisson is a treasure. If you're anywhere in the area, we highly recommend this hotel. How often can you report consistently friendly and customer-oriented staff in an immaculate and pleasant hotel? The Kenosha Radisson is it. P.S. The Jelly Belly distribution center is just down the road and offers free tours. It's a nice family activity that ends (of course!) in the gift shop. There is free jelly bean tasting, lots of merchandise, and all the jelly beans you can afford to take home. :-)

Room Tip: We used rooms 206, 207, 209, and 213. (Only 209 had a refrigerator and microwave. The others did not so if you need these, mention it when booking.)

We stay at this hotel every year for our wedding anniversary for 4 days. We go to the Bristol Renaissance fair for 2 days, then shop at the outlet mall for the other 2 days.

The staff is amazing. The restaurant is wonderful. I only wish I had more trips to this area so I could stay more. We live in St. Louis.

Room Tip: park at the hotel and walk to the shops

We have nothing to say but good. From service to food - all was exceptional. Our daughter was married at the Renaissance Faire followed by the reception, grand feast and dance at the Radisson. There were many glitches at the Faire but none at the Radisson. The facility was beautiful and the staff top notch and very helpful.

Room Tip: We found the king suite to be very comfortable and extra roomy.
