I was traveling with my 3 year old daughter. We were very impressed everything - the yard, the deck, the hiking trail, the room, the breakfast, and the hosts. Karleen and Tom are very hospitable, fun to talk with, and excellent cooks. Karleen even played the piano at request of my daughter.
We stayed in the suite -- 2 bedrooms (one queen and 2 twin beds), living area, and bathroom. Lots of space for a family -- we originally were traveling with our family of 4. The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and not to busy for a young child to knock something over and break. The area was super quiet and relaxing.
We stayed the beginning of June for one-night in order to visit the beaches in Port Wing. The beaches were just lovely and pristine.
