“A true gem in a small town”
Reviewed 7 September 2013

This beautiful café is in the middle of the quaint small town of Princeton. Lovely décor. Prompt service. Varied menu.
I had the Pesto Pizza which was on the appetizer menu, but I chose as my main entrée. Coupled with the house salad, it was delicious.
My companion had what is a crowd favorite at the restaurant, the Tuscan Chicken Sandwich. The focaccia bread was fantastic, toasted to perfection!
Although we didn't imbibe, plenty of other patrons were enjoying wines by the glass, beers, and a few select mixed drinks.
If you find yourself in the Princeton area, I would highly recommend this as a nice place to grab a bite.

“Pleasant surprise”
Reviewed 18 July 2013

We were in Princeton for the weekend flea market and stopped downtown for lunch. The downtown was like a ghost town, but low and behold we walked into the Once in a Blue Moon restaurant and boutique and all the tables were filled with people chatting and enjoying lunch. We were seated after looking at the neat items for sale in the little boutique. We both ordered the salmon sandwich, but asked for the focaccia bread rather than the kaiser roll since we like the softer type of bread. It came with a side of cole slaw. The salmon sandwich with the focaccia was delicious and the cole slaw had a lighter mayo base than most restaurants and it was tastey! The waitress kept my husband's coffee cup constantly full. The atmosphere was very relaxing and fun.
