Tasty little breakfast place open Wednesday thru Saturday (when you can get a seat). Cheap breakfast fare. Very tasty. Pancakes must be made with potato flour as they are not truly latkes, just potato-ey tasting thin pancakes. Worth a meal just for the flavor of Wisconsin alone.

This is a nice local spot for a basic breakfast. Great service, nice portions and easy on the wallet. Atmosphere is fun, especially if you're a sports fan. It's small with lots of commotion. And yes, the very thin potato pancakes are good!

We've been coming to Cliff's for years. My husband appreciates "the two jellies", (an insider joke) but jokes aside here, Cliff's is serious when it comes to a really great breakfast. The omelets are done just right, not dried out like many other places and the blueberry pancakes are absolutely the BEST! They are thin, dark (not those heavy, doughy ones) and loaded with blueberries and then to top it off, you get a small container with more blueberries to put on! Oh and be sure to try their speciality potato pancakes too. Whatever you order here, you can count on it being made to your satisfaction.

Now to the waiter, Mark and his co-worker, Jay! Mark, the guy wearing the cargo shorts, makes you feel like it's summer in Wisconsin year round, a cool guy with a hot additude when it comes to "decaf" and then there's Jay, forever rooting for his Bears and Cubs. We wish him luck!

The friendliness and "up North" feeling you get from this cozy place is a Racine treasure you need to experience! Expect to wait outside during the summer months (they do supply some chairs) as the boaters, bikers, and walkers frequent this place.

Best place in Racine for breakfast in my view. Casual, friendly, tasty, great prices, family-run. Staff ranges from die-hard Packer/Brewer/Badger fans to one lonely good-natured Bears/Cubs fan.
