Taco John's is a small Mexican fast food restaurant connected to the convenience store at a gas station. They have a drive-thru.
I stopped for lunch and had a beef taco salad, queso and chips, and a small order of "Mexi-rolls". There offer a variety of salsas plus jalapeños next to the ordering window. The taco salad contained all fresh, top quality ingredients, including the shell, but slightly smaller than average. The queso was good, and the chips fine. The "Mexi-rolls" were about index finger sized, deep fried tortillas with beans, beef and cheese. They offered a variety of dips to accompany them and I choose guacamole, which was quite good.
This was my first visit, but I'd likely stop here before going to Taco Bell.
