Just went to the Treasury for the first time yesterday with my wife and friends. We felt as though we were on our way into a typical Midwestern bank. You enter what was a real bank and the decor hasn't changed but there are a plethora of tables with elegant place settings and soft lighting. The money cages have been replaced by a bar that looks like the original bank counter with the tellers being replaced by the bartenders. The high ceilings and thick concrete walls give the building a very "secure" atmosphere. The original vault and vault doors are still in place but are now used for a private dinning area. There are several rooms for private parties and a full sports bar in the basement. They have wide and varied menu that has something for everyone. They serve tapas and entrees along with great drinks and a pretty good selection of wine and beer. The service was excellent as was the food. We will go back.

The Treasury is located in a beautifully restored art deco bank building. It has a bar downstairs, Benjamin's, and another one in the restaurant. I live in the area, so I have eaten there a number of times. We are never disappointed, whether we have the tapas and salad or an entrée. The linens, dishes, and cutlery are attractive and give the restaurant an atmosphere of fine dining without losing it's casual feeling. The waitstaff are terrific! Don't miss this place if you are anywhere near Ripon, Wisconsin, at dinner time. It does not have outdoor seating, but it does have its very own scenic view. When you walk in the door you will see the biggest screen ever. Sometimes the owner has a WebCam projecting Green Lake from his dock. Other times historic silent movies from old-time Ripon are playing. It is always a surprise to see how the view changes. In addition to the regular tables, the restaurant offers several small rooms for private dining. Your group can even eat in the vault if you so desire.

We enjoy the Treasury - especially Tapas Tuesday (three tapas yields two free glassed of house wine). The art deco former bank offers a lovely atmosphere.

The name says it all. The Treasury is a treasure for Ripon and the surrounding area. The food is excellent and the menu changes, the service friendly and considerate but not intrusive, and the wine selection is wide and interesting, What my wife and I like best, however, are the tapas. At our age, we need to eat lightly at night and one or two tapas and a salad makes a great dining experience. The Treasury enhances this with specials on Tapas such as "Tapas Tuesday" which provides for a great evening at moderate cost.

First of all this place is beautiful, and excellent place for a special night out, but also a great place to grab a meal.

The food is wonderful, the Executive Chef is always trying new wonderful things, and cares about his food and it shows. Their Tapas menu is wonderful and have spent many evenings dining on tapas. The Braised Pork Belly and Kim Chi is awesome!!

The staff is wonderful and friendly.
