Like many others we braved the exterior of this place and were glad we did. We enjoyed our large portions and our large drinks. Great service.

This is my very favorite Mexican restaurant in the state, and by far the best restaurant in Stoughton! Definitely worth the short and easy drive from Madison! The food is incredibly fresh with a large variety to suit nearly anyone (great kids' options, too), the portions are more than generous, and the margaritas are fabulous. They are always glad to tailor a dish to please the customer. The service is EXCELLENT--the owners are almost always on hand and they are super nice. The staff is great, too. They only hire the best, and I've heard that people clamor for a job in this well-run restaurant. The décor is eclectic, fun, and the atmosphere is relaxed and relaxing. I've been dining here regularly since the week it opened 9 years ago, and NEVER had less than an excellent experience!

Who would think that a town that prides itself for it's Norwegian heritage would have one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. Nearby Madison has nothing better. We are locals and have tried most of them.

Don't let the brightly painted exterior scare you away. There is nothing tacky about the food. This is a family run operation with family recipes. Their $7 "Cadillac Margarita" is as good as any for twice the price. The food prices are reasonable too.

Who knew the little brightly colored building with even brighter colored walls inside housed an awesome Mexican restaurant! Don't just drive by and wonder what the place is all about, stop in and be amazed with the food & service. Our friends suggested we try it and we were a bit skeptical however we were pleasantly surprised. We've just added this restaurant to our favorites list.

So, after having this restaurant right down the road from us, after 9 years and hearing wonderful things about it, we decided to go there for lunch. We were not disappointed. The prices were reasonable and the service was good. My son ordered the Chimi Acapulco. It was filled to the brim with shrimp, beef, chicken and assorted veggies. It was HUGE and definitely big enough for 2 people to share. They also have his favorite rice drink - horchata. Yes, we will go back when we want some Mexican food and will not wait another 9 years to do so.
