We went here for a wine tasting. We learned about their wines and felt like we were among friends. The hospitality and service was great. Felt like we were at a gift shop with wine tasting and friends.

A little tricky to find, but once you do, you will have to stop every time you visit Door County. Good wine, nice items in the general store and a nice place to relax in front of the fireplace.

My family always plans a stop at Simon Creek during our annual trip to Door County. The winery itself is beautiful. The grounds and the building itself stand out against many of the "cookie cutter" type locations selling wine in the area. The service is always top notch , and nothing beats a bottle of white, some bread and cheese, and a lovely sunny day on the patio at Simon Creek. I highly recommend the Untouchable White for a delicous, crisp, light, and reasonably priced white wine for a hot summer day. Dont be scared of stopping even if you are spending your vacation with the kids. Our kids are older now, but even when they were younger we never felt that they were not welcome. (well behaved of course) My 14 year old son still looks forward to spotting frogs down at the pond.

This winery is off the main highway on the Wisconsin Peninsula, but worth the trip in. Beautiful vineyard and very interesting story about the Al Capone attempted buy out. The wine is pretty good, stick with the whites. They also have beautiful hand painted glasses!!!

During my stay in door county my boyfriend and I were able to go to every winery. As well as some wineries along the way back to Chicago.

This winery had the best wine! The service wasn't as friendly as Harbor Ridge Winery, but their wine was amazing! I especially recommend the red table wine.

The winery was in a gorgeous building and had a large uncrowded bar. Definitely the winery to go to in Door County.

They also did a free wine tasting, I always appreciate a free wine tasting.
