Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a hospitality industry. We had one room booked but upon arrival (at midnight after a long trip), we asked for an additional room. After much confusion between two members of their staff, they finally gave us two rooms. After returning on the first morning, we found our stuff gone and room cleaned out. Turns out they only booked us one night but told us two.
That's all fine. My biggest complaint is the manager Robert had zero sympathy. He was completely stone-faced when he coldly informed us we only had one night. He is still yet to apologize as we are trying to figure where to stay. They made us feel like it's our fault when it was their mistake. In this day and age, this low level of customer service is simply unacceptable.
By the way, the Holiday Inn next door, upon hearing our story, gave us a discount for much nicer accommodations.
